Purchase of tickets
Check your ticket carefully before the purchase has been completed. Once tickets are purchased, they can neither be changed nor refunded.
In addition to the price of the ticket, you will pay an order processing fee and the dispatching costs. You will find the amount of the fee and dispatching costs from the valid price-list.
Ticketmaster Finland acts as an agent. The organizer of the event is liable for and obligated to pay its obligations under VAT 2 § (:940/1999) as well as any damages due to or arising out of the cancellation of the event, and location or schedule changes.
It is prohibited to bring bottles, cans, video recorders, tape recorders, cameras or any hazardous substances to the events. Ticketmaster Finland and the organizer are not liable for lost tickets. When using discount tickets, proper documentation entitling the use of discount tickets (e.g. child, student, senior citizen discounts) must be carried and displayed upon the doorman's request.
The sound volume at the events may exceed normal levels. We recommend hearing protectors.
Using tickets for advertising or promotion (with or without monetary consideration) is prohibited, unless the specific written permission is given by Ticketmaster Finland.
The buyer of the ticket is obligated to check that the event has not been cancelled. If the ticketed event is cancelled, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the ticket but the order processing and delivery (and eventual mailing) fees will not be refunded. The ticket amount will not be refunded if the cancellation is due to bankruptcy or insolvency of the organizer.
The limitation on how many tickets a customer can buy depends on the event he is buying tickets for. The limit is published on the purchase page and is checked at every transaction. We do so to prevent misuse of our website and unfair ticket purchasing practices. If we identify breaches of these limits, whether by a single user or multiple connected users (for example, using multiple credit cards or multiple members of a household purchasing tickets), or via the use of automated means to purchase tickets we reserve the right to cancel any such orders. Use of automated means to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited.
All material included in the service is the property of Ticketmaster Finland and protected by copyright. The copyright and other intellectual property rights concerning the content and appearance (including text, electrical documents, graphics, picture and sound, photos, databases, software, software products and services) of the service are owned by Ticketmaster Finland or a third party. It is prohibited to copy pictures, text or any other material without authorization from both Ticketmaster Finland and the organizer of the event.
Ticketmaster Finland and its partners reserve all rights to the content and software in www.ticketmaster.fi.
The user of the service is obligated to take care of his computer and data communication equipment, use and condition of them, data security, backup copying, virus protection and other comparable circumstances.
Ticketmaster Finland will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the service. Ticketmaster Finland is not liable for damage arising from problems of use of the service, delays, breaks or other technical faults.

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) .
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL/EXCHANGE/UPGRADE – TICKETMASTER’S FAN GUARANTEE (in use from 1.11.2017)
1.1 In addition to your rights under applicable laws, Ticketmaster operates our unique “Fan Guarantee”, pursuant to which, you may cancel, exchange or upgrade all the Tickets in your order, subject to payment of a service fee. The service fee depends on the ticket price. Restrictions, terms and conditions, and fair use policy are set out in the paragraph 1.3.
1.2 The Fan Guarantee only applies to Tickets.
1.3 You will not be able to cancel, exchange or upgrade Tickets under the Fan Guarantee if:
(a) your order is for Tickets that are season tickets, multi-part/multi-day/series tickets, Platinum Tickets, VIP tickets, tickets that are part of pack, discount tickets, other ticket packages; and/or
(b) you have transferred the Ticket to another person ; and/or
(c) your order was made on a Ticketmaster distribution point other than www.ticketmaster.fi
(d) the tickets were paid using Klarna or any other installment payment.
(e) you've purchased the ticket from the organizer's box office or at another ticket outlet.
(f) the event has been cancelled due to bankruptcy or insolvency of the organizer.
1.4 You must make your request to exercise our Fan Guarantee (“Request”), within the following timeframes:
(a) A request for an order cancellation must be made: i) within 72 hours of placing your original order; and ii) 14 days or more prior to the event (or start of the event) to which your order relates. If you placed your original order less than 14 days before the event date (or start date) you cannot cancel it.
1.5 To make a Request, fill out the form www.ticketmaster.fi/fanguarantee, if you want to cancel, exchange or upgrade the Tickets in your order.
1.6 We aim to acknowledge receipt of and review your Request within 3 business days of receipt, and to process Requests within a further 5 business days.
1.7 The Fan Guarantee is also subject to the following limitations:
(a) all tickets of the order are returned, exchanged or upgraded. We do not handle individual tickets from an order.
(b) Service fees and possible payment and delivery fees are not refunded.
(c) you may be required to return any original Tickets to us before your Request can be fully processed and completed
(d) exchanges and upgrades of Tickets may only be made for Tickets of the same or higher price for the same event, where “same event” means the same event at the same venue within the current tour or booking period for that event (e.g., this excludes events that are different fixtures for the same sporting team);
(e) Fan Guarantee may not apply to all events. You will get information about this in the event info of the event.
(f) We operate a “Fair Use Policy” in respect of the Fan Guarantee, under which: (i) no more than 1 Request may be made per household per calendar month; and (ii) no more than 3 Requests may be made per household in any 12-month calendar period, regardless of whether such Requests are successful or not.
1.8 If your Request is successful and you are due a refund from us, it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. Payments made with IBP:s will be refunded to your bank account and payments made with credit cards will be refunded to the same card.
1.9 You will be ineligible to benefit from the Fan Guarantee if Ticketmaster has any grounds to suspect that:
(a) you have in any way breached the terms of this Purchase Policy; and/or
(b) you are acting fraudulently; and/or
(c) you are acting contrary to the spirit of the Fan Guarantee or in breach of the Fair Use Policy.
